It's Time To Get Acquainted
Project Hyplified is an Amsterdam based allround music production team which was originated from a chunk of creativity and the first contact with production-software.
Hyplified is a compound, combining the words Hype & Amplified and carries its name with the meaning ‘being ahead of its time’. Hyplified respectively consists of Quincy ‘Qino’ Chelius, Marciano ‘Shaneaux’ Chin-Jauw-Kong, Ryan Lisse and Fabian ‘Dealiszt’ Remak.
The best way to describe Project Hyplified is as a multifunctional music-machine. The possibilities are endless. Project Hyplified for instance sells beats, complete tracks, tracks with choruses and other combinations. Beside that Project Hyplified is always looking for new talent to work with and form as a product.
Since Project Hyplified was found in 2004 they have worked and had several successes with well-known Dutch artists, such as Ali B, Yes-R, Darryl, Keizer, Gio, Ehsan, Deazy and more. Also they have had placements in Dutch tv-shows, like the Kids Top 20. Having over 30 million Youtube views for several Hyplified produced singles it’s not a surprise that Project Hyplified is considered to be one of Holland’s most consistent hit making production teams.
Project Hyplified’s style is difficult to define. Creativity is their main concern and their motto is “You name it, we make it”. The styles for example are film-music, soul, rock, house, R&B, rap/HipHop, but also jazz and experimental music (new age, lounge, dance etc.). One cannot really speak of an image when it comes to Project Hyplified, for the styles are so various and appearance and presentation are less important than music. The music speaks for itself, so in that respect, Project Hyplified is like a chameleon.

Gisterochtend, donderdag 13 december, werden wij door Fun-X gebeld naar aanleiding van ‘De groeten van Mike!’ en onze samenwerking met Angela Groothuizen. Heb jij dit interview moeten missen en benieuwd naar wat er allemaal besproken is? Beluister het interview dan hier terug!
A short while back we got the fun assignment from Angela Groothuizen (Dolly Dots/the Voice Kids/XFactor) and her producer Nico Brandsen (Kane) to work on a soundtrack for an upcoming film, called ‘De groeten van Mike!’, about an hospitalized kid (Mike) who just wants to spend Christmas at home with his desperately-in-need-of-rehab mother.
Our assignment was to translate the moral of the movie into an uplifting song with great artists. Now, months later the end result is finally here with a beautiful music video, directed by Tessa Schram, featuring Dutch artists Sway (X-Factor), Bollebof (Big City Ink Boys) and Tur-G (teen sensation). Hope you enjoy the end result as much as we did creating it.
